Support, licensing and refunds

Focused support for reproducible issues

With an active Pro subscription, we provide updates and asynchronous help with documented features. We do not administer or customise a client’s store.

What Pro support includes

  • Help understanding documented settings.
  • Qualification of a reproducible issue within the published scope.
  • We provide a first reply within three business days, with no promise of resolution within that time.
  • For an agency license, communication with the license holder, who centralises requests from its own clients.

What is not included

  • Logging in to the store or installing the plugin for the customer.
  • Video calls, configuration takeover or a general site audit.
  • Fixing a theme or another plugin.
  • Custom development or a new option for one isolated case.
  • A promise of compatibility with every WooCommerce extension.

Prepare a support request

An actionable request includes:

  1. WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, Free and Pro versions;
  2. theme name and version;
  3. relevant plugins;
  4. exact reproduction steps;
  5. expected and observed results;
  6. cropped screenshots with no license key, private address, order data or account identifier.

Never send an administrator password. We do not log in to a customer site. Do not post a license key in a public forum.

Support for the free version

We handle the WordPress.org forum on a best-effort basis, with no guaranteed reply time and no private diagnosis. Technical details and reproduction steps are still required.

Annual license

  • The subscription renews automatically every year unless cancelled.
  • Cancellation leaves the license active until the end of the paid period.
  • Installed Pro features keep working after expiration.
  • New downloads, future Pro updates and support stop.
  • A new subscription after expiration uses the current public price.
  • The Store license covers one production site; Agency covers ten.
  • Local and staging installations do not count towards the quota; a production activation can be transferred after deactivating the old site.

The code of the free and Pro versions is licensed under GPL v2 or later. The subscription covers access to the ZIP of the Pro version, commercial updates and the support service defined here.

Refund guarantee

The first payment of a new subscription includes a 30-day commercial money-back guarantee. It does not restart on renewal and does not cover an upgrade proration. When an out-of-scope incompatibility appears during this period, a refund is preferable to unplanned custom development.

Email support from the purchase address to request a refund. The Stripe portal lets you view invoices, change the payment method, and cancel automatic renewal. Never send card details.

Recover my Pro license key

Enter the email address used for your purchase. You will receive your key and, if your entitlement is active, a new download link.

Upgrade from one to ten sites

A customer with an active Store license can request an upgrade to ten sites here, without a WordPress account or support intervention. Enter the purchase email address: if a license qualifies, a secure email arrives within a few minutes with a link valid for 30 minutes. If several licenses qualify, you receive a separate email for each, with its reference and paid-through date, so you can choose which one to change. No license list is displayed on this page.

Stripe shows the supplement prorated for the remaining time before confirmation and payment. You keep the same license, key, existing site activations and renewal date. The quota becomes ten sites in total, not eleven; the next renewal uses the ten-site plan price confirmed in Stripe. Requesting an email does not trigger a payment.

Downgrades remain handled by support. To obtain an independent additional license, make a new purchase from the Free and Pro versions page: each new paid subscription provides its own key.

Pre-purchase questions

Does Pro replace Free?

No. The Pro version is a separate add-on. The free version contains the shared WooCommerce engine and must remain installed and active.

Does the plugin automatically calculate area or volume?

No. It manages orderable quantities, validation, stock and totals. It does not calculate width × length or convert units. To display a price such as “€10 / metre” on product pages, simply use WooCommerce’s native price display suffix. This suffix applies store-wide; the classic cart does not repeat it natively in its unit prices. If the unit varies by product, show it in a product attribute or description, or use your theme or a suitable plugin. Weight and dimension units can also be selected under WooCommerce → Settings → Products → General. Talvune does not create those labels itself.

Is it compatible with other WooCommerce extensions?

The plugin is verified with standard WooCommerce, the classic cart, the Blocks cart, the Store API, orders, refunds and stock restoration. A plugin that changes quantities, prices, subscriptions, product options or the cart may alter this behaviour: test that combination on a staging site before using it on a live store. Compatibility with every third-party plugin is not guaranteed without testing.

What happens if the license server is temporarily unavailable?

An API outage or expired license does not disable installed Pro features.

Does this website handle card data?

No. Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment. Talvune does not collect card details.
