Talvune – Decimal Cart & Stock for WooCommerce is the new name of Decimal Quantities for WooCommerce. The free version and the Pro add-on keep the same features. The version of the terms below retains the previous name.
Business sales
Business terms and conditions
These terms govern purchases and renewals of Decimal Quantities for WooCommerce Pro by a customer acting for business purposes.
Contract version 2026-09-08. Sales are restricted to business customers.
1. Seller and eligible customers
Decimal Quantities is published by Claire Marchyllie EI, a French sole proprietor. Full legal and business details appear in the legal notice.
Pro plans are available only to a customer acting exclusively for business purposes. At checkout, the customer confirms that capacity and provides a business name, billing address, country and, where Stripe supports or requires its collection, an accurate official tax identifier. Together, these elements provide reasonable evidence of business capacity but cannot guarantee that a false declaration is impossible. A sole proprietor, independent professional or freelancer may purchase in that capacity. Purchases for strictly personal use are not accepted.
2. Product and requirements
Decimal Quantities for WooCommerce Pro is a separate add-on to the free Decimal Quantities for WooCommerce plugin. The free version must remain installed and active because the Pro version does not duplicate its WooCommerce engine.
Features, minimum versions and known limits are described on the Free and Pro versions and Documentation pages. Before buying, the customer checks that its WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP environment meets those requirements.
3. Order and evidence of agreement
Stripe hosts payment. Before paying, the customer can review and correct the selected plan and its information, confirms that the purchase is made exclusively for business purposes and expressly accepts the version of these terms displayed at checkout. The Stripe session, date, terms version and that confirmation are retained as evidence of the order. The electronic confirmation identifies the contractual version accepted.
An order is accepted only after Stripe confirms payment. An incomplete, declined or disputed payment, or one linked to an unknown plan, does not trigger automatic delivery.
4. Prices, taxes and invoices
The annual prices offered are those displayed on the Free and Pro versions page. For each order, the contractual amount is the amount displayed and accepted by the customer in Checkout. That amount is recorded with the subscription and invoice; a later change to the page does not retroactively change an accepted order. The renewal price is the price attached to the subscription unless a change is notified to the customer before it takes effect. With Adaptive Pricing, Stripe may display and charge a local currency; any conversion markup is disclosed in Checkout. Before payment, Checkout shows the currency, the final amount actually charged and any taxes that are configured or applied. The seller’s accounts remain in euros; a ratio calculated between the two amounts is not represented as an official accounting exchange rate.
The customer provides accurate billing information and a valid tax identifier where applicable. An invoice containing the mandatory applicable information is issued for each charge. The Stripe portal provides access to billing documents and payment methods; a receipt does not replace an invoice when it lacks the required particulars.
Card payment is due when the order is placed and at each renewal. Any amount not paid when due accrues late-payment penalties, without prior reminder, at the European Central Bank refinancing rate plus ten percentage points and never below three times the French statutory interest rate, together with the statutory fixed €40 recovery charge. Additional documented recovery costs may be claimed when they exceed that amount.
5. Delivery, key and download
After the first confirmed payment, an email contains the license key, documentation and a signed link to the current Pro release. The initial download link is valid for 24 hours. Its expiry does not affect the licence term or files already downloaded: a fresh link can be requested while download rights remain active. Short-lived technical tokens used for updates are separate from this initial link.
The key is private to the customer’s business and must remain confidential. Key rotation, suspended rights or the end of the paid period invalidates previously issued download links.
6. Code licence and subscription
The code of the free and Pro versions is distributed under GPL v2 or later. The commercial subscription covers delivery of the ZIP of the Pro version, private updates, activation quotas and the support service defined on this website; it does not remove the freedoms granted by the GPL for code already received.
The Store plan covers one production site and the Agency plan covers ten. Recognised local and staging environments do not consume the quota. A production activation can be released and transferred to another domain.
7. Renewal, plan changes and cancellation
The subscription is annual and renews automatically until cancelled. Customers can view invoices, update payment methods and stop renewal in the Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
The one-site plan can be upgraded to ten sites through a dedicated Stripe confirmation flow; the prorated amount is shown before confirmation. Downgrades remain handled by support. Each distinct new paid subscription creates an independent license, even when it uses the same Stripe account or email address.
8. Expiration and feature continuity
When the paid period expires, after cancellation or when a payment remains unresolved, Pro features already installed and existing settings continue to work. New downloads, new activations, future Pro updates and support become unavailable. A temporary server outage never disables installed features.
9. Support and commercial guarantee
The scope, information required and target first-response time are described on the Support page. Support covers documented features and reproducible defects; it does not include custom development or direct access to the customer’s website.
The 30-day commercial money-back guarantee applies to the first payment of a new subscription so that the customer can assess whether the product is suitable. It does not restart at each renewal and does not apply to an upgrade proration. This limitation does not affect correction of a duplicate or erroneous charge or any mandatory rights that may apply. Requests must be sent from the purchase email address.
A full refund immediately ends the subscription and its associated commercial rights. The key no longer provides access to server services; download links, new activations, updates and support become unavailable. A refund does not remotely remove or disable files and settings already installed, which remain subject to the GPL.
This guarantee is voluntary and separate from any statutory withdrawal right. Checkout is restricted to a customer acting for business purposes and does not grant the consumer withdrawal right, subject to any mandatory rule that may apply.
10. Responsibilities
The customer remains responsible for backups, website security, updates and testing changes on a suitable staging site. Decimal Quantities does not promise compatibility with every unlisted third-party plugin or customisation.
Each party is responsible for direct loss for which it is legally liable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Data and providers
Processing required for orders, licenses, activations and support is described in the privacy policy. Stripe processes payments and the billing portal under its own terms and safeguards.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are drawn up in French. The English translation is provided for ease of reading. If the two versions differ in interpretation, the French version serves as the reference, without prejudice to any applicable mandatory provisions.
The contract is governed by French law, subject to any mandatory provisions that may apply. If a difficulty arises, the customer first contacts support@decimalquantities.com to seek an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, jurisdiction is determined under the applicable procedural rules.
Contract version: 2026-09-08 — business customers only.
